4:30pm Welcome. Retreat gates open.
6:00pm – 7:00pm Wind-down yoga
7:15pm Delicious dinner

Saturday
7:30am Light refreshments
8:00 – 10:00am Wake-up yoga
10:30am Brunch
11.30 – 4:30 Explore, rest or indulge in a massage
4:30 – 6:00pm Restorative yoga
7:00 – 9:00pm Insanely lovely dinner

8:30 – 9:00am Light refreshments
9:00 – 12:00pm Deep yoga
12:30 – 1:30 Yummy farewell lunch
