Even if you are new to yoga, with his 40,000 hours of practice, Frank helps you strengthen and deepen your practice like never before.
Walk or cycle through the Grampians National Park in the free time between your daily yoga practices and enjoy scrumptious gourmet meals made from garden fresh ingredients. Rest, read, or enjoy great company. Sample our local cafés and restaurants. Or simply soak up the stunning mountain views from our peaceful, architect-designed accommodation.

Meals: Retreat meals are vegetarian cuisine with homegrown organic produce forming the base ingredients. Quality coffee and black or green tea are provided. Feel free to bring your favorite herbal teas. Please let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.
