Set on six acres of peaceful gardens with expansive mountain views, the retreat is guided by Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher Frank Jesse, whose depth of experience and thoughtful teaching support both steady progress and deep restoration.
Wholesome vegetarian meals, quiet time for reflection, and gentle immersion in the surrounding natural beauty complement daily Iyengar yoga sessions. As spring unfolds, this retreat invites you to slow down, reset your rhythms, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive, and rejuvenating environment.

Meals: Retreat meals are vegetarian cuisine with home grown organic produce forming the base ingredients. Quality coffee and black or green tea are provided. Feel free to bring your favourite herbal teas and soy milk (cows provided). Please let us know if you have specific dietary requirements.
