Cancellation and Refund Policies
Griffins Hill retreat will provide a refund if cancellations are made thirty days prior to the retreat start date. No refunds are provided if the cancellation is received within thirty days from the start date. In exceptional circumstances, at management's discretion, deposits may be transferred to the alternative retreat date. All booking refunds and transfers will be charged an $80.00 administration fee. If full payment has not been received 30 days prior to the retreat start date the booking will be canceled and deposits forfeited. In exceptional circumstances such as code red days, Griffins Hill reserves the right to cancel a retreat and will refund deposits and balances paid. In these circumstances, Griffins Hill does not compensate participants for travel or other associated expenses. We recommend participants take out travel insurance.
