Join us for a transformative five-day, four-night retreat focused on handstands and inversions. Led by Senior Iyengar Yoga Teacher Frank Jesse, you’ll gain a fresh perspective on safe inversion practices and learn valuable tips for teaching these beneficial yoga poses.
This retreat is suitable for both yoga students and teachers who practice regularly and have some experience with inversions. Even if you’re not particularly skilled at inversions, Frank, with his 40,000 hours of practice, will help you strengthen and deepen your yoga practice like never before.
During your free time between daily yoga sessions, explore the beautiful Grampians National Park by walking or cycling. Indulge in delicious gourmet vegetarian meals, rest, read, or enjoy the wonderful company. You can also sample local cafés and restaurants or simply soak in the stunning mountain views from our peaceful, architect-designed accommodation.
